Originally from Mumbai, Hufreesh grew up and studied in the unique atmosphere of the Sri Aurobindo International Centre of Education, Pondicherry. After her unusual upbringing, she attempted to find something that gave meaning to her life. That is when she found Auroville; an international township in Tamil Nadu, where men and women from different countries aspire to live in peace and progressive harmony, above all credos and politics. It is, as she calls it, an experiment in human unity.
